Overview of The Last of Us

The Last of Us is an action-adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic world. The video game was published and developed by Naughty Dog. The Last of Us focuses on Joel, a gruff smuggler, and Ellie, a teenage girl who may be humankind’s last hope. They both go in the origin story that takes place two decades after a fungal infection turns people into aggressive, zombie-like creatures. For the next 20 years, civilization is turned upside down and society is reduced to a merciless and anarchic wasteland.

As the plot of The Last of Us thickens, the game transforms in a gripping experience of old conflict and character exploration. Joel is introduced as a man who has come to terms with his tragic past but has one last job: to guide Ellie from coast to coast in the US and take her to a resistance movement known as Fireflies. They are set against the backdrop of numerous threats, such as infected mutants, feral human survivors, and a cold and desolate landscape. This gradually changes their relationship more into a fierce bond and their path more into a tale of hope and humanity. You may also like: Silent Hill 2.

Installation Instructions

Easy Setup: There is no requirement for setting up of anything. In the first instance, look for an an _Redist or _CommonRedist folder if you get stuck over missing DLL errors. All provided in the folder DirectX, Vcredist, all other programs will need to install for normal work of the game.
